I love the butterfly shrubs! I just got two the other day for my garden and the line almost formed immediately to order up a cold nectar!
Thanks for sharing 😀
they were very pale and translucent and hard to get a good photo of. i tried in different types of light and finally got it! thank you for noticing & cheers too!

hello Cindy Knokke your work is a true source of inspiration to me , i enjoy your work
and wanna say thanks with this award very inspiring blogger award .

These photos are stunning. I always like finding wildlife with a little tear or imperfection because it is a marking that helps me identify them for a future spotting. Beautiful post, Cindy. 🙂
I followed you back from your comment on my comment on SwittersB’s post. Egads! You already have 152 comments on your latest post. I hesitate to add yet another, seeing that you take the time to address each one (laudable–I do the same), but your first photo here is nothing short of exquisite. And I loved your recent invitation to follow the path across the meadow into the forest. Difficult light conditions, though–I’d love to see what you could do on an overcast day! -Gary
Welcome and thanks so much for the lovely comments! It is quite cloudly and grey today in Cologne Germany so you will see what I can see in these conditions! Cheers to you and thank you too~
I love how you made the tiny so huge–lion big. Should I mention your unassailable talent? Probably. Amazing, CK…you really should be so famous, an’ who knows? Maybe you really are!! i will have to look for you on TV soon, I think….:)
I am so glad you left a comment so I could say hi to you and let you know I am reading all your posts and loving them. I know you have shut off comments for good reason, but remember so many of us love you!!! ❤ ❤ ❤
Now this is strikingly beautiful. Would you believe my 3 year old son caught a butterfly in his hand today as it was flying? He simply reached out and grabbed it as it tried to flutter by. Amazing these children …
