Meep-Meep Jr. is much shyer than Mama-Meep.

He likes playing me like Wile E.

Whenever I venture outside,

he vanishes, in a cloud of dust.

He forces me to shoot him through the double-paned, not too clean, windows.

Cheers to you from the very fast, quite shy, and oh-so-wiley, Meep-Meep-Junior~

Meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep! A big human meep hello from Canada. Beautiful little creature!
He thinks you have excellent taste Resa, and so do I!!! 😉 <3
What a beauty…I’ve never seen a road runner before let alone a Meep-Meep-Junior!
I am so happy to introduce you! The roadrunner cannot imagine a place without him in it! 😉
One of my favorites, nice captures!
Thank you. I know why they are a favorite, they are hilarious!
Oh how I loved that cartoon! But the real thing is much more interesting.
Laughing….He has a mohawk he lifts up and down in accordance with his highly variable emotions! 😉
So if it’s up, there must be a coyote round! 🤣
He does puff up around predators he wants to attack like snakes, with coyotes he is just gone like greased lightning!
That’s awesome. 🙂
<3
These photographs are wonderful!
Ahhhh, you are a wonderful friend Charles.

I can almost imagine a roadrunner in Ireland! Laughing……Hugs to you sweet Sally <3
It would cause a stir for sure… thank goodness the driving is a lot better than it used to be and we do love something a bit quirky… hugs ♥
He has quirky covered. I guess I can’t smuggles him in my suitcase….
I am afraid not…hugsxx

Love these guys Cindy!! They look so bright and alert the way you captured them! And the details of those feathers!! Amazing. thanks for continuing to come up with such beautiful creatures… xo
All creatures wise and wonderful. Thank you for appreciating them sweet lady <3
Would never have guessed that such clear shots were taken thru double-paned windows that were not washed a few minutes ago!
You would think, I would be motivated to clean the windows, but thankfully, my camera makes this drastic step unnecessary. 😉
And that is a road runner! Thank you, Cindy. Not only have you posted a bird I’ve always wanted to see (road runner cartoon lover, here), you have posted a remarkable photo. Well, you always post remarkable photos. 🙂
Awww. I love blogging because I love my blogging friends. Hugs to you <3
That’s so nice, Cindy. The feeling is mutual. 😍
<3 <3
So that’s what a Road-runner looks like (from the cartoon character of our youth).
Lovely shots, Cindy. Looks like he/she is very close to the windows which makes of some great photo opportunities.
So very happy to introduce you! He was just here a few minutes ago, staring intently at me.
Wowwwwww! Amazing!!!!!
Beep Beep! <3

“But you can’t beat me…..” Love it!
What wonderful photographs — with enough resolution to see feather patterns in all their glory! Thank you for taking and sharing them.
Thank you much more for such a thoughtful comment & cheers to you~
Absolutely wonderful photos of your visitors, Cindy. Your windows are very clean indeed! 🙂
Have a wonderful weekend,
The Fab Four of Cley Xx Xx
You too my friend. I imagine you will be out and about, enjoying the sunshine <3
We are just picking up all the windfallen apples that our gardener can cut the grass
and then we will sit in our deckchairs reading.
<3
It sounds like paradise. I am heading your way, and further north, but on a tight schedule with no wiggle room, due to the impending birth of Dre’s twins. I look forward to being in your beautiful part of the world, but wish I could stop by and say hello <3
What a pity! Maybe another time?
All the best for the birth of Dre’s twins.
The Fab Four of Cley
Thanks my friend. And definitely the next time.
Wowww, are those what real roadrunners look like? One wouldn’t even believe they were taken through a window! 🙂 <3
These are the real deal. They tend to avoid you when you want to take their photo, but watch you intently when you are not looking!
Brilliant! 🙂
Wild animals are smarter than us and they don’t have to buy stuff. They can just take it! 😉
Lol, and not get arrested for doing so. 🙂
Looks like an insect eater, helping to clean the yard? – Oscar
Insect, lizards, snakes, birds. They eat anything with meat on it!
I think you will need some Acme-branded products to befriend Meep Meep Jr. haha.
Lovely pictures of a sweet little roadrunner, Cindy!
Laughing. He would just blow me up with it! 😉
Beautiful!❣️
Thank you & happy you enjoyed him!
wow, wow and wow
Those are such encouraging words! Thank you & cheers~

So very pleased to make the introduction <3
I don’t think I’ve ever seen a photo of a real road runner. Adorable, Cindy. Thanks!
Ahhhh, makes me so happy I posted <3
Every visit to your blog is rewarded with eye popping beauty, Cindy.
Awww. You are a joy to know my friend <3
They are beautiful. What type of birds are they?
They are roadrunners. Have an awesome week Suzanne <3
OMG!!!! It’s real!?! I grew up with the Roadrunner but assumed it was just a myth. I wish my photos turned out as well as your dirty-window ones. 🙂
Awwww, so kind and so appreciated and very happy to introduce you to the speedy one!
-grin- Meep meep!
Beep!
🙂
Amazing shots and cute names!
Muchas gracias mi amiga amable <3
I’ve always rooted for Road Runner to outrun Wile E. Coyote. His speed is most impressive. 😀
My older son had to do a project on desert animals, and he’s been obsessed with road runners ever since!
I love your son, and you!
Of course, I rooted for Meep-Meep, over Wile E, because W.E. wished to kill Meep X 2. So the creature avoiding the killer, was a slam dump for me, and your son, and you, which is why you both rock.
(I still confess to liking Wile E. I think he can be redeemed, with therapy and a different environment).
How beautiful are those!!!!Gorgeous.
I agree with you & thank you too <3
♥️
I used to enjoy watching Road runner show along with my son, I never knew he looks so cute, thanks for bringing him alive in front of me. 🙂 Your window shots are so very clear to me, liked all these beautiful captures.
Such a lovely comment! Thank you. You make me glad I posted.
These are glorious photos! Thank you for sharing.
Thank you more for your kind appreciation!
I have ALWAYS wanted to see one up close – THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! xoxoxoxox
