Raro Dreams~

Woo Hoo!

I made a friend in Rarotonga named Emma from the island of Atiu, and she helped me find a hotspot that worked, albeit, it was quite a challenge.

Thank you Emma & Kia Orana!

Raro has amazing pristine beaches,

coral reefs,

and empty, jungle-covered volcanic mountains to explore.

Our son is exploring with us, and tomorrow we head to the more remote island of Aitutaki.

Cheers to you from the unspoiled & ethereal Cook Islands~

        1. Most of the ocean is still gorgeous, but the plastic that is accumulating is truly horrible. I have spent so much time on the oceans of the world, but haven’t seen the plastic. It tends to cluster in these huge gyro areas which I have avoided. It is just a tragedy and such human folly…..

  1. What fantastic beaches and such beautiful aqua blue sea.
That crashing wave shot is making me very envious of your holiday destination.

  2. Looks like Paradise, Cindy! Enjoy your travels and soak up some of that warm sunshine for those of us still reeling from this unusually cold Spring!

  3. Cindy, this looks like a real paradise. So beautiful and unspoilt. The colours of the water and sand. Well, everything really.
Are you sure you will be able to go back home.😊.
Thanks for sharing with us, we can dream.
