Canadian Scenes~

Mirrored,

Moraine Lake,

reflects it’s beauty,

back at you.

Understandable why this lake is the seventh most instagramed in the world.

This time we stayed in the lodge at the lake and got to enjoy it after the day trippers tripped away.

Kicking Horse River Yoho National Park.

Quiet River in busy Calgary.

Cheers to you from Canada in September~

  1. We went canoeing on Moraine Lake many moons ago when visited the area. Brings back good memories. Such a glorious drive up Canada over a week’s time. Stunning photos.

      1. The reblog button is reinstalled. If you look below the comments on my page you will see the wordpress icon. If you click on this it will allow you to enter your url and reblog the post. I so very appreciate your kindness Charles. Thank you very much & take good care.

  2. You’ve officially peaked.Lol! I like your good altitude and I wouldn’t mist these spectacular pics for anything. Have a poutine-ful weekend, my friend

        1. Gee, thanks again WP. A blogger was telling me he couldn’t reblog my post. So, I contacted WP. This is their fix. WP never ceases to amaze……..I, of course, can’t see this, so thanks for telling me, but, it’s not like I’m going to contact WP again for a fix 😉

          1. What aren’t they fixing? It’s just one thing after another. IMO, they are messing up the block editor big time – it’s overly complicated with feature after feature being added … of many fall under the heading of whaaaaat??? I still use the classic editor which can be accessed through the WP admin pages.

  3. Looks like a lovely spot. We went to the major falls (twice) – I wonder if there isn’t any time the ‘day trippers’ aren’t around. I think I’d like to stay on the Candian side sometime. *sigh* So peaceful, I can imagine the sounds of nature. Thanks for your photos 🙂

      1. In the time I’ve been at my present location much has changed. Thankfully I’m at the edge of an area and the land on the other side of the creek isn’t buildable… so I’ve a mini sancuary. 😀

Nice to visit, but home is a good place to be too.

  4. Canada must be quite beautiful. And as always in North America, well organized. I remember the lodges in National parks in Alabama. Just perfect.
Thanks for the instant trip Cindy.

  6. Wow! What a spectacular place! I love water photos and you’ve managed to capture everything I love about them—movements, reflections, colors. Stunning work.
