Smiling. We need to be grateful that it is just some days. This bird looks like this everyday, for her entire life, and loves her reflection. Good on her დ
That is in interesting image Cindy, it looks like it has suffered a bad hair day, and yes it looks a little like me as we have been in lock-down for 3 months and unable to get a hair cut. 🙂
Cindy, I can relate to that. We all have them; those days when we wished we could restart the day or order up another that would seem more promising so all goes well. We are living in a time of change and not all of it good, so little in fact, but I am so thankful for the assurance that God has us covered, and has our back each and every time, with His favor, protection 24/7 and we can be certain whatever else is going on around us in this world He is there. Take care. God bless.
YES! My hair is exactly the same!
Sweet shot, Cindy! xox
I wish mine was. It’s so Zandra Rhodes დ
LOL! დ დ დ
Nice hat! 🙂
It is so lovely isn’t it. it will be copied at Ascot, for sure დ
I feel like that right now! The end of a frazzle-inducing day.
I so relate დ
I have definitely had days like that!
Smiling. We need to be grateful that it is just some days. This bird looks like this everyday, for her entire life, and loves her reflection. Good on her დ
How did you know?
Us odd birds stick together 😉
This bird is not happy.. Great image 🌹
I think he wishes he was a peacock დ
May be..
Self Acceptance is the main way to happiness 🌹
Very true. No more emulating of flashier birds…..
Beautiful click Cindy ❣️❣️
Smiling. Thank you დ
heh-heh 🤣 a punk rocker pelican! 🤣
Polly you’re right! A pink punk pelican!! დ
Haha..me when I wake up…I badly need a haircut 🙂 x
I very much relate. It’s either a haircut, or a hat……
Haha…Mine is booked for tomorrow and I will so glad…x
You go gurl! დ
That is in interesting image Cindy, it looks like it has suffered a bad hair day, and yes it looks a little like me as we have been in lock-down for 3 months and unable to get a hair cut. 🙂
I so relate. I think I look just like this today!
Before its time, just wait and see.
Exactly! I know you’re right. This is a trend setting, fashion forward bird, who will be at the next Met Gala.
Love the hair cut! A kindred spirit.
This is why you and I understand each other Rebecca დ
Sending hugs, my dear friend.
დდ
He is lovely anyway…the poor thing. 🙂
I agree. After all looks are only feathers deep დ
Cheers, Cindy – your hair looks much neater
Thank you Derrick. I am very glad you are not seeing my coiffure today! 😉
🙂
Thank you for my morning smile.
Smiling back at you დ
I felt like that on Friday, just before my haircut. What a great shot!
I think hats are designed for days like this……
Best tell your chum …
I am thinking, straw hat, with a pink chinstrap, considering all the diving….
🙂
Most days, actually! And my husband could have modelled for that photo this morning. Have a great week, Cindy!
Laughing……Hopefully your hubby doesn’t read your comments. Still laughing….
🤣💕
LOL!! I can relate! 😂
You and me both! დ
Haha, bad hair day or what????? Wishing you a good week Cindy ♥
Smiling….. We do have to consider that this bird may look like this on purpose 😉
Dear Cindy,
it’s a character. We love the hair style.
Have a happy week
The Fab Four of Cley
🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂
It could be fashion forward, an acquired taste, a new trend?
I felt like that after returning form my trip to Canada last week. A great shot!
Oh, I know exactly what you mean. Jet/travel lag is definitely makes for bad hair days…. Feel better soon დ
Uuuuh, yes, I know those Bad-Hair-Days very well.
Get well soon, dear Cindy, and stay safe!
Hugs to you dear friend & cheers too დ
The word “bedragled” comes to mind!
Exactly. A chocolate chip cookie (or 4) sort of day!
I hope the days get better.
Yes. I hope they do for all of us დ
😃
I just turned on the computer after a restless night, and this photo mirrors my feelings perfectly.
If they pelican can paddle on proudly, than so can we. Hugs to you დ
I sure do! 😆
You and me both! დ
Absolutely!
Smiling. It keeps us humble დ
What a great picture! This gave me a good chuckle. Thanks for sharing. Linda
The only thing better than a chuckle, is a shared chuckle. Cheers to you დ
Away morning bed head. It’s a great capture, Cindy, but I wonder if that bird’s hair salon just hasn’t reopened yet? Best, Babsje
I think you are right. She, or he, is probably heading to the salon now, wearing a mask, sunglasses and a hat. That’s what I would do……
Love it. Can you imagine the size of that mask?!?
Laughing…… Definitely a Pinocchio custom model….
Rofl. 😊 😊
Laughing with you. Take good care.
Yes, like right now I do!!
Smiling. Hugs to you Barbara. დ
Wow, so beautiful and exotic bird! Lucky you! Great hotel Cindy!
This is quite an exotic birdie isn’t it! I think the look might catch on…..
Yep…another bad feather day…but so what…screw it!
Exactly. Just put on your mask, sunglasses, a nice hat, and go conquer the world……Or at least a pond.
Delightful image and caption Cindy. I’m sorry you’re feeling off today. Hugs. 🧡
Hugs back to you Brad დ
We all have those days! Hot mess!
Exactly!
I think he needs a nice visit to the spa — that, and perhaps followed by an unbroken sleep!
That usually does the trick for me!
Like a punkrock grounds keeper? Not often.
I think I want a punkrock grounds keeper……
Wonderful picture and yes…definitely.
All the best people (and pelicans) feel like this at times! 😉
Some days – yes! Now that’s a funny picture. 🙂
Smiling. Happy you enjoyed & cheers დ
Just needs a ball cap. Is it some sort of pelican?
Agreed. Or a nice straw brim hat. And yes it is a pelican.
Chuckle…bad hair day, eh Cindy…yup I have them too.
Leslie xoxo
Smiling. We all do, but this poor birdie can’t possibly avoid his reflection everywhere!
He can’t even wear a hat!
It would have to have an elastic band, for diving and swallowing, which would really be a sight to see!
Thanks for the morning giggle, Cindy. Now I don’t feel so bad as I sit here unkempt. 🙂
I do kinda enjoy the mask mandate for this reason. With a mask, sunglasses and a hat no one can actually see me!!
Take care. God bless.
God Bless you Joyce and be well dear friend დ
Cindy, you captured my inner self perfectly! 🤍
We must be twins……
That hair… and those eyes…. Captivating.
Too true. This is not just a face that only a mother could love…….
Yes, there’s no avoiding such days.
I do try to avoid looking in the mirror on these sorts of days, but this poor birdie had no choice!
I do, Cindy! Of course you nailed it.
Smiling, all the best people do Sheila 😉
Same hairdresser as Beaker?
Personally, I think Dr. Bunsen Honeydew should have offered him a free makeover.
👍
Just waiting on the blow dry now!
Aw, he’s having a bad feather day!
Unfortunately for him, it’s more than one feather! 😉
Rod Stewart style 🙂
I think Rod must’ve copied him. დ
Ah! That is a great secret Rod has been keeping!
Just don’t tell anyone…..
Yep, just one word, but it’s the perfect caption, Cindy!
Thanks Mitch. That peli-can’t talk, but his image sure does!
