I was busy over weekend, my Mom fell in wet grass and shattered her hip. The surgery was on Sunday, Cindy. I am not quite ready to write a post but she will heal. Seeing her looking scared, then brave, but frail made me cry. This bouquet of world wide beautiful flowers really cheered me up. Thank you for each magnificent choice, Cindy.
Oh no! I am so sorry. Traumatic for both of you to see her vulnerable and scared. Poor lady. It is not fun getting old. I am sorry for you too Robin. So hard for you. Sending healing thoughts and prayers you mother’s way and yours too! <3 <3
I don’t see the point. I did it for awhile and let it go. People have been really polite about crediting my photos if they use them and this is very nice, but I put them on pinterest so they are out there!
Yes, it is quite a lot of work to do it consistently – I’m still quite territorial about mine… but it almost doubles the preparation and upload time. I usually reduce the size so if it gets downloaded or copied it can’t be used commercially, but maybe as you said people are generally honest about this kind of thing. Maybe I should trust my fellow humans more! 🙂
Or just do what you feel comfortable doing. The thing I get more upset about is inadvertantly losing photos. I somehow lost all of my photos of Russian, Findland et.el and when I tried to download them from my posts, they were as you mention, too small! Que lastima!
Ah, the beautiful colors of life – brought to us by the ever-so-talented Cindy. Your posts always brighten the day and inspires me to see life (and admire your great photos!).
And you used to used to be able to do that, because I have been going to these fields forever. The former owner was casual, let me fill my trunk with ranunculus, and wander and rest in the fields. Nirvana~
Thank goodness for the beauty of flowers to dampen the harshness of the world. All beautiful photo’s Cindy. I especially liked the Flamingo’s and the Freesia. My gosh they smell glorious. A bundle like that would be a kings ransom here in Edmonton. The Passion flowers are so exotic, I can’t even believe they’re real. xb
Your rock your socks off and I hope you know it. You blog is a creative joy visit!
This is the deal, I go to Canada in the summer and I simply can’t believe Canadians and their amazing flower cultivation and RESULTS! Such gorgeous flowers. I have seen this before in cold areas where flowers just burst forth saying “You can’t stop me!”
The other other funny thing is the perception of what is exotic. I’m in Australia or Huahine going gaga over the birds, and people are telling me, these are very common birds Cindy. The same thing happened in Africa re: the crocodiles.
Passion Flowers grow unrestrainedly all over Hollerdom. I have nothing to do with it.
Everything that grows and lives on this planet is amazing to someone.
!! first off, thank you kindly for your fab message Cindy, that was so nice. We do go a bit banana’s in the summer for our flowers 😀 It’s the long dark winter that gets us motivated I think. Great of you to travel here and notice the details too. Merci (we’re bilingual, LOL)
I guess I never thought about it, but you’re so right. Anywhere that’s not home will seem exotic to others. That’s the fabulous thing about the world hey? We’re all unique with so much to offer in our own way. Cheers to us, birds, crocodiles and passion flowers and every other living thing that make up this great cacophony of life 😀
Wow, what an abundance of beauty and color — I LOVED this post Cindy! What a wonderful world to have flowers of all kinds in our presence — and truly spectacular photos. 🙂
All these pictures are great, but I especially like the one with the flamingos. It’s great to see them all standing there on one leg in a perfect row, as if unsure whether they are birds or an exotic kind of pink flower.
These are heavenly!
Sent by heavenly angels to cheer us up!
El maravilloso mundo de las flores en unas preciosas fotos.
Tu es un amiga maravillosa! <3 <3
Those pink flamingos are amazing! I’ve only seen them in zoos.
Thank you. When they fly in groups they make awesome shots. I approached these guys to get them to take off and take the pics……Beautiful in flight!
Ahhh smarty pants! I’d like to see them sometime.
Yes, I should repost. I got them taking off in a 1-2-3 sequence. Flamingos look incredible when they fly!
Beautiful.
Mil grazi~
and I can see why – this is a great way to start a Monday!
Oh good! Happy week Antionette~ <3
Cindy each one of these is gallery worthy. Such fabulous color and detail.
That is so thoughtful of you to say and very much appreciated! Thank you~

Such an amazing and colourful gallery, Cindy! Love those tulips and the freesias especially. 🙂
Thank you, that bunching of the freesias was heady stuff for someone who loves the scent!
That would be me. 🙂
Amazing photos.
Awwwww, so kind!
Stunning Cindy!
Mil grazi~
PS: I see you don’t watermark your pics…

So beautiful! I love this. Thank you so much for sending it and cheers to you!
so beautiful <3
We need beauty everday as you know at least as well as I! Thank you my friend~
Yes we do <3 and you're most welcome 🙂
I rarely use the reader so I got to see it twice and that was a pleasure. So incredibly beautiful! 🙂
You are very kind! It is annoying to get posts twice, so I appreciate your understanding!
What a love trip round the world this morning.
So glad you came along & cheers to you!

Visa versa 2 U X 2! And you know I mean it~
Wow Cindy, so beautiful and colorful flowers 😀
Flower Power!! <3 <3
Yes 😀
So beautiful, so absolutely beautiful. I want to lay in that field in the last photo and just smell the scent and look at the beauty.
And you used to used to be able to do that, because I have been going to these fields forever. The former owner was casual, let me fill my trunk with ranunculus, and wander and rest in the fields. Nirvana~
Oh man i am so envious of your days in Nirvana in those beautiful fields.
<3<3
These flowers – and photos are stunning! The flamingos look like flowers too 🙂
I think they are. Monet, up there in heaven, orchestrated these shots. In heaven he has flamingos to work with! <3

Hear! Hear! I’ll toast to this!! 🙂
Cindy, I love all the vibrant colors. Au natural.
Not much better gift possible than Mother Natures~ <3
Your right, Cindy. No there isn’t.
<3 <3
Sunday my post did the same thing…
Yes! I have heard this from several people. Hopefully WP will fix it. It’s frustrating~
Yes it was. I knew I published it. I was like, what? Wait? I couldn’t even find it on my administration page.
And now the follow icon seems to have disappeared. I had to add an icon to my blog. Sigh…….
Really beautiful colours.
So pleased you enjoyed and cheers to you!
Wow, what an abundance of beauty and color — I LOVED this post Cindy! What a wonderful world to have flowers of all kinds in our presence — and truly spectacular photos. 🙂
You are such a good friend Jet. Thank you and be well~ <3
Absolutely gorgeous! Some flowers give romantic feelings. 😉
They do don’t they! They symbolize love~
Looking at the inside of the first 2 flowers, I remember riding on carousels.
Interesting how images evoke old memories……
Lovely whirling colors.
That is a fascinating and accurate image! Thank you for sharing it~
Remarkable post… Truly beautiful!… Best wishes. Aquileana ★🌟 ☀ ~
Visa versa 2 U X 2! <3
As usual, gorgeous. That fourth shot is a study of the art.
Awwww, much appreciated & cheers!

What a poetic description. From now on I will thinkg of flamingos as one-legged flowers! Lovely~
What a lovely collection! Love all of it.
So beautiful.
Are you and your family well, Cindy?

Pretty incredible isn’t it! Happy weekend Brenda!
Happy Saturday night, Cindy! I imagine the hummers are sleeping.
They are kinda party poopers to be honest. They go to bed right when the sun sets and I can never wake them!
Very beautiful!
Awwww, so pleased you like them Maria & cheers to you~
This is my favorite of the three Cindy. WOW!!! Spectacular and glorious pics…the flowers seem animated!!! Sharing these beauties now!! 😉 xoxoxo
