  1. The final photograph wins the prize for me. The others are all exquisitely beautiful yet this one shows up colours, light, texture and the wonder of nature in full.

  2. Fall is beautiful at your place! The sunlight is not harsh and do not make dark shadows. There are a lot of details you can see. I think the place is looking beautiful under the snow blanket as well. 🙂

  3. What beauty!
I do love fall. It’s so perfect for being outdoors, walking, breathing… taking pics of street art.
Oddly, fall, much like spring here, seems to have become very, very short.
4 seasons are becoming 2 long seasons: summer which is alway hovering around the high 90’s/low100’s, humid like a steam bath, or winter.. too cold, usually below freezing, dark, windy and icy. (icy is so one can slip and break a bone)
    Climate Change?????

  4. Oh Cindy – John Muir came to mind when I came to your paradise. “I only went out for a walk and finally concluded to stay out till sundown, for going out, I found, was really going in.” John Muir,

    1. Oh, you wise woman Rebecca. John Muir was the white person who tromped all over here. He basically hiked my state. Of course so many wiser ones walked before him, but he could write, in english, so we can read him, not the petroglyphs on the canyon walls which is our loss.

  5. We still have some oak leaves hanging on in the neighborhood – but they are brown. Yesterday was dull grey with rain. This morning we woke to about an inch of snow – the trees looked really beautiful….that said the grass is still green!

    1. You are a wise woman Deeksha. I am in serious love with Mother Nature, so if it helps in spreading the love of her, I couldn’t be happier. Thank you for your comment that truly touched my heart.
