and ‘Canada’ keeps callin,
me back again!
Narin Falls BC Canada.
Brandywine Falls BC Canada.
Hope you’re falling for these Canadian falls too! Cheers to you from beautiful BC~
Lyrics: Lennon & McCartney
Waterfalls are magical. I recently returned from a trip to Northern California where I spent two and a half days in Yosemite. Truly, I wish that it had been two months. Your experience must be similar–the grandiose spectacle of nature.
You are bringing back beautiful memories with your beautiful images Cindy. I love British Columbia. I have been there multiple times in all four seasons. I almost moved there i loved it so much.
Wonderful pictures (as usual), you know one of your picture (the fourt one) looks like a painting I have.Almost the same. It’s a funny coincidence 🙂 Merci encore à toi chère Cindy. Frédéric
Your title made me think of the old Spinners song, “Could It Be I’m Falling in Love”! And your pictures are making it so! I knew Canada had beauty, but WOW! Thanks, Cindy! 🙂

The power of water has always fascinated us and these photographs of torrents and waterfalls are wondeful reminders of a natural wonder.
The closest fires are about 7 miles from The Holler as the crow flies and the fires seem to be easing. Some bored arsonist getting his jollies . We were evacuated in our previous home in the devastating 07 fires but that was in October, “fire season,” when the Santa Ana winds blow hot as a torch. This is May with temps above 100 degrees, strong winds and land that is drought made tinder just waiting to burn, so the prognosis for the upcoming months seems pretty dismal. But the situation seems better for now so your prayers are working Bill and I so appreciate them and your concern~
The album from this vacation surely is stunning. Glad that you’re enjoying the trip and thank you for the images. There is a certain alluring effect to the remote mountainous vistas.
You have written the most hilarious award write up I have read. We have to be the same age because we both want to “get Mikey,” and teach the world to sing in perfect harmony. I don’t think we should give the whole world coke though, it’s falling out of fashion.
You rock ma deah’
😉
Nice to see water flowing where it is supposed to flow… in the river bank and over the falls… not across our road. I happen to be in Washington, D.C. for a workshop this weekend. I noticed that the water flowing out of our mountains flooded low-lying areas around the Potomac River. It usually takes about 2 to 4 days for it to make its way downstream to hear. Enjoy your peaceful travels.
Oscar
While your land floods, ours is crisping to tinder with temps over 100 F, so risky for fire, and people are skiing/boarding in Whistler. Mother Nature is not too pleased I suspect…..
To sit beneath that awe inspiring waterfall or on top of one of those cliffs, those would be such great places to feel the wonders of the world in! Thanks for your chuckles and your fun comment on my post! It is funny how we run into characters, sometimes you do, too, I am sure! Smiles, Robin
Very dramatic!♥ It’s raining very heavy outside my living-room window right now, and it’s adding some wonderful water sound effects to your lovely pictures!! 😀
I do love waterfalls! Such beauty and power. We have a small one here in the village but there was an amazing one on the small island we spent a day on in Vietnam (South China Sea)…
I imagine the one is the South China Sea would have been remarkable, speaking of which, my son wanted to watch Apocolypse Now which we did the other night. I had forgotten much of it. So beautiful, Vietnam and Cambodia. I suppose we were responsible for killing all the tigers…..
Yeay, Cindy in my home and native land!!!! Cher xo
So beautiful! I love you Canucks!
*LOL* Yeay!!!! Cindy loves the Crazy Canucks!!!
The title of the post sounds a little scary of what was happening to you. Oh yes, for such the fall, I am also falling for it too 🙂
Yay, like falling in love……
🙂
Wow, these are such beautiful and crisp shots of nature and water… Wonderful photos Cindy.
Oh so kind and so motivating~
The waterfall is quite attractive,Cindy.
Merci beaucoup Ranu!

Thank you! So thoughtful and appreciated~
Hi! Wow! Gorgeous! I want to go to Canada and see this!
You will not regret it! I hope you do!
Waterfalls are magical. I recently returned from a trip to Northern California where I spent two and a half days in Yosemite. Truly, I wish that it had been two months. Your experience must be similar–the grandiose spectacle of nature.
You went to Yosemite at the perfect time to avoid the crowds and yes the grandeur of nature puts our personal problems in perspective quite nicely!
Yes, I was really surprised that we could navigate without any crowds. Certainly there were others, but very manageable.
awesome pictures Cindy <3
Muchas gracias mi amiga!

I do think Canada is cheating for photography…..it is so naturally awesome!

I’m praying that the fires are not too close to your Holler?
The closest fires are about 7 miles from The Holler as the crow flies and the fires seem to be easing. Some bored arsonist getting his jollies . Cindy, these are breath-taking shots! Loved the vicarious thrill in these!
Yay!!! Thrills of any kind are good things…..I was just cracking up reading most about another younger man you met 😎
The album from this vacation surely is stunning. Glad that you’re enjoying the trip and thank you for the images. There is a certain alluring effect to the remote mountainous vistas.
Yes! The peaceful order of the natural world as opposed to the chaotic constructions of human beings………
Stunning!
Oh I am so happy to hear from you! Missed you my friend and hope all is well with you!
Talk about “fallin'”… My jaw fell to the ground. The photos are MAGNIFICENT.

I suspect that these weather events are linked in some way.
Yes, destabilization of weather patterns~
Gorgeous gorge! : )

Wish you were here!!!
Ah! That would be enthralling! 🙂
