Watched a wonderful documentary last night on
smart animals http://tvnz.co.nz/super-smart-animals/about-5308100 It just shows that if we hang around in animal company long enough we are surely going to increase our intelligence!
It is remarkable how much you and I are on the same page. My post for tomorrow is loaded and ready to go, about the incredible abilities of hummingbirds.
Plus I am sending your link to my son who is a grad student in wildlife biology.
Wild animals in particular, but all animals really, have so much to teach us.
Thank you!
Your humming bird photos just get better and better, that third one is so sharp and his wings are almost stationary, Do you use a tripod?
Interesting isn’t it, how the exotic to one, is everyday to another. I felt this way about Australia’s birds. Thank you. Looking forward to your Caribbean photos!
Freedom!! Your photos are magic…
So are yours my dear!
Thank you…
Good on the finch. That hawk looks a bit dangerous to me.
Golden Eagles are awesome predators. Did you see the wingspan on the eagle.? Huge! You can guesstimate the span relative to the body.
Hummingbirds beautiful
Redtails dutiful
Goldens regal
Finch is legal (had to find a rhyme!)
Beautiful pics, Cindy. The finch was my favorite.
Paul
How about:
The Goldens Glide
while the finches hide?
You’re a poet
and don’t know it
but your feet sure show it
They’re Longfellows. Hahahahahha!!!!!
Good night, Cuz
Sweet dreams!
Nice capture of these birds.
Thank you…..I’m slowly improving!
Never a dull moment!
It always a animal party out here. Humans? Not so much. Just the way I like it!
